I've just booked my ticket for The Subways at Newcastle Carling Academy. The ticket is only costing me £13.44, cheap at twice the price :-)If they are as good as they were at the Leeds Festival it should be a good night.
I also booked the tickets to see Ross Noble at the the end of October at Newcastle City Hall, looking forward to that. He is hilarious, I have a couple of DVDs of him.
I asked my parents if they wanted to go to Wallington next Saturday but unfortunately a friend of theirs is coming up to stay for the weekend. It is probably better I go on my own anyway. I get bored easily at stuff like that, so at least I can leave when I want. The house itself doesn't open until 1pm, so intending to walk along the Northumbrian coast on the morning. Again that's something I think I need to do on my own, I need to review recent events in my head. If it is tossing it down I wont be walking up the coast though!!
On the Sunday I am intending to watch the Ice Hockey at Newcastle Arena on the night, I think my dad would like to go but need to find out when their friend is leaving.
