Wedding Reception

I'm off to a wedding reception at Lumley Castle for Dawn & George who I work with. They are both really good laughs and are well suited.

It should be a good night I know quite a few people from work who are going (I think & hope). Kelly and Alan Johnson are going so can have a laugh with them, although Kelly is the brides maid so she might be busy. If I end up on my own I can always prop the bar up, although I am trying to drink as little alcohol as possible. Gonna be in training from next week (so that'll last until Monday afternoon).

I got ready this morning to go to Durham to buy a new shirt for tonight, but as I was about to walk out the door my mother told me the Newcastle match was on in 45 minutes. So that scuppered my shopping trip (shame, lol).

Looked through my wardrobe and there is nothing there, well there is about a dozen shirts or so after throwing all the others out but they all seam very old now (Jesus, I sound like a woman). I have one hanging up which I might have to wear but luckily my mother and sister have gone shopping, I asked them to get me a shirt if they saw anything I might like :-)

Thinking about it, Nikki A, Gary, Anna Z, Vicky and a few others are going I think tonight so should be OK. If I end up drunk I'm sure I will keep everyone amused if sober I will probably be very quiet and boring though.
