I'm back home, it was too windy to jump. I spoke to Ian, the guy who runs the place and he said it was unlikely to drop to an acceptable level today. I have to ring him at 8:30 tomorrow morning to see if the wind speed is low enough to go.
I'm gutted I never got chance to jump today, had built myself up to jump and now end up disappointed. The worst part was waiting around, just about everyone there knew each other so I couldn't really join in their conversation. The other lad doing the tandem course was untalkative, I can be quiet when I don't know people but whenever I said something I got a nod or a one word answer, so gave up and sat in silence.
Hopefully I will have better look tomorrow, I have decided to pay for a DVD of my jump (£65). So may post some images or part of the video tomorrow if the jump goes ahead!
