I think it is finally time to set some of those targets I said I was going to set a couple of months ago. I quite often set myself targets but rarely achieve them, my problem is I quickly lose interest unless something really inspires me or catches my imagination. Still not sure how I can sort this but will try.
The 1st thing is to set some simple achievable targets rather than stuff that I am just gonna fail at.
- Be able to run a complete track I have in my head without walking any of it within 6 weeks. (I will post more details of this tomorrow)
- Lose 1.5" off my waist in 6 weeks
- Add 1" to arms
- At least look into motorbike lessons
The above are all achievable, the last one is something I've been saying I'm gonna do for years but have never got around to it. All of them I want to of done in 6 weeks time. The next stage is planning out how I am going to achieve them and making sure I stick to the tasks!!
I have some other targets I would like to achieve but think I need to see how I get on with the above ones first.
