This is hopefully the end to my MP3 Saga. Today I received my Creative Zen Micro from Amazon. It's smaller than I expected, plugged it in and it wouldn't work with Napster but it popped up and told me to upgrade the Firmware. Thought I better download it from the European site, so loaded the newest firmware up and it still wouldn't work but once again Napster said to upgrade the Firmware. So this time followed the link it provided to the US site and loaded that Firmware. This time it worked and I have successfully transfered about 150 songs to the player. All is working well. Currently transferring a few hundred more tracks from Napster :-)
