Mission Update: The mission was a success, there wasn't quite enough danger involved so I decided to use a thermos type cup I received from Amazon a few years ago for free. I wasn't sure if it was microwavable or if it contained any metal. The results of my test was that it was microwavable and it didn't contain any metal.It is as yet unclear whether the outcome will be an earlier nights sleep or not, but I have also switched the music from quite fast uplifting dance music to more chilled music.
