My Xbox turned up on Saturday while I was walking, luckily the postman left it in my parents coal house. He is used to all my parcels now :-)When I got home I unpacked it and had the software modified in less than 10 minutes. Then copied over Xbox Media Center and configured it which took about 15 minutes. So I had my Xbox totally modified and connected up to the network streaming my movies and music in under 30 minutes.
Why anyone would pay for any of these other various other media players from Netgear, Linksys etc is beyond me. This cost me £51 including the £10 delivery and can play any audio or video format you can throw at it.
I have watched a few films and TV shows from the comfort of my bed and I am listening to music playing from it now rather than tying up the computer.
