After receiving my payslip today with supposedly my new pay on and back dated I don't want to go back to work again. I have been told since November that I am now at the same level as my colleague and presumably paid the same. Today my payslip showed a difference of £3,500 between our gross pay. Even with back dated pay on it was over £200 less this month than my colleague.
Do they seriously expect me to sit there taking shit all day with that much difference. I have sent an email today asking if this is a HR error or if "I am equal but not entirely equal" or something along those lines.
I am so pissed off I would refuse to do any extra work, other than the bare minimum, but its not fair on my colleague. From the look of this I will be leaving at the end of February, I have had nothing but hassle since July last year, but this is the final straw. There are other colleagues in the unit who are also being fucked about and don't know where they stand and it's just not acceptable.
