A few days off

I have had a few days off running and any exercise really. I decided to give my body a bit of a rest, feel hadn't recovered from walking in Scotland, yet was still going out running. Still something wrong with my feet but they are a lot better and I can live with a bit pain for now. They will get a rest in July (sort of).

I now feel totally worn out and shit, for some reason I always feel worse when I've hardly had any exercise or fresh air and I know unless I get out shortly my knees begin to ache. Which is a bit backwards, you'd think they'd hurt more when doing exercise.

Hopefully I will get a run tomorrow before work (no I will), would go tomorrow night but the football is on and I'm getting my shopping delivered between 5 and 7.

I need some exercise I feel so lethargic which again is back to front!!
