I was reading earlier today about MusicStation which would be like having Napster on your phone. You only have to pay £1.99 a week and you can download and play as much music as you like on your phone. You are able to download it using the data connection in the phone and the £1.99 also covers the cost of data so you're not paying extra to your network for every song.
Its worth having a look at it but it wont be available until later in the year in the UK.
