Listened to this weekend...

I mentioned yesterday that I was listening to loads of albums again. The 1st are the albums from the 1001 Albums list:

• Iron Maiden - Iron Maiden *****
• Jam - Sound Affects ****
• Marty Robbins - Gunfighter Ballads & Trail Songs ***
• Muddy Waters - At Newport ****
• Santana - Abraxas ****

The above were all good albums but couldn't get into Marty Robbins. I was tempted to give Abraxas 5 stars.

Besides for the 1001 albums I also listened to some new albums:

• Kaiser Chiefs - Yours Truly, Angry Mob ****
• Bryan Ferry - Dylanesque ***
• Mika - Life in Cartoon Music ***
• The Anthems *****
• Mashed ****

I only gave the Kaiser Chiefs 4 stars when I realised I'd given Bryan Ferry 3, maybe I gave each of them 1 star too many.
