I have had the laziest weekend I can remember for ages, certainly this year. I have hardly left the house except to go to my parents. I have listened to quite a lot of music while messing about on the computer.
The only TV I have seen was 3 episodes of Primeval, otherwise been sat in front of a computer. Oh I did make some stew tonight, very nice it was too.
Tomorrow I start proper training, I got my groceries delivered yesterday and purposely left out all crap by only ordering fresh fruit, vegetables and cereals. I need to get up tomorrow morning and go for a short run but will try to add in a very nasty hill in the middle, hopefully I will have enough time to do a reasonable run before work. Just hope I can get up early enough (fingers crossed).
